Thanks for signing up!

You should receive your first challenge in about 5 minutes.

In the meantime, read the quick tips below to get the most out of it!

Gratitude Challenge Tips

  1. If you don’t receive your first email within 10 minutes then check your spam/junk folder.
  2. Write down your answers to the gratitude prompt.  This can be on pen/paper, an app on your phone, a social media post or you can join our community and use a journal or our ongoing gratitude challenge.
  3. Small things = big changes.  You don’t need an ‘epic’ thing to be grateful for.  The small things add up fast.
  4. Try to complete it each day but if you do miss a day just make up for it the next day and do both.
  5. Read the article How To Be the Happiest Person In The Room.
  6. Consider joining our community and share your experience.  The button below will let you try it out for free.
  7. Lastly, let me know how it goes! The emails are directly from me so you can reply at any time.
