Gratitude is one of the most sure fire ways to increase our level of happiness.  Without being mindful of what we have we adopt to all the luxuries we have in life.  By spending just a few moments each day acknowledging that great things we do have in our life we find more joy with very minimal effort.  Here are some things you will notice during the challenge:

  2. Pick a time of day each day where you will practice gratitude.
  3. If you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up.  Catch up the next day.
  4. WRITE THEM DOWN!  Writing them down turns abstract thought into concrete ideas. Use a pen and paper, your phone, a Word document or join our community as we have an on going gratitude challenge.
  5. Don’t be afraid to get a friend or family member involved to help keep yourselves accountable.
